W. Todd Stephens is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives who has represented the 151st District since his election in 2010.

After graduating from Hatboro-Horsham High School in 1989, Stephens attended Shippensburg University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Government.〔PA House of Representatives.
